The FTCC, in partnership with Watchout Creative Business Consultancy, invites its members to a three-hour interactive workshop exploring the dynamics behind everyday communication.

Most challenges in leadership, teamwork, and client relationships don't come from a lack of communication, but from a lack of understanding. This workshop takes a step back to explore how self-awareness shapes the way we communicate, how perception influences every conversation, and why misunderstandings happen more often than we think.

Through practical exercises, guided reflection, and group discussion, participants will leave with a better understanding of their own communication patterns and concrete tools to communicate with greater awareness and clarity, both in the workplace and beyond.
