TAX HELPDESK
A Member Benefit by FTCC – In partnership with Hanif Habib & Co.
The French-Tanzanian Chamber of Commerce (FTCC) is pleased to offer its members access to a dedicated Tax Helpdesk, designed to provide practical and timely guidance on tax-related matters.
Through this service, members may obtain initial tax orientation and brief professional guidance to better understand specific tax questions and assess appropriate next steps.
This service is delivered in partnership with Hanif Habib & Co., a recognized tax advisory firm in Tanzania.
How it Works
• Members submit their tax-related query to: 📩 info@ftcc.co.tz
• The FTCC reviews and forwards the query to the Tax Helpdesk partner.
• A response providing initial orientation is delivered within 72 hours of receipt.
• Where appropriate, guidance may be provided via written response, virtual meeting, or in-person discussion.
To ensure efficient support, members are encouraged to submit clear and precise questions.

Gold & Tanzanite Members: Complimentary service
Silver Members: Service available upon request (paid service)
Important
The Tax Helpdesk provides initial guidance only and does not constitute formal tax representation, tax opinion, or implementation services.
The FTCC acts solely as a facilitator in transmitting queries.
Any further advisory engagement, should it be required, will be handled directly between the member and the advisory firm.
