Training on Employment and Residency by KKB Attorneys at Law

The event will be centered around training on employment for both resident and non-resident, and residency for foreigners.

The first part of the session will focus on work and residence permits. This part will cover the various types of permits, eligibility criteria, detailed application processes, necessary documents, renewal, compliance requirements, and recent legal updates. It will also focus on visa, permit, and exemption certificates and will delve into the application processes, eligibility, required documents, fees, and legal updates.

The second part will address key employment terms, including working hours, job titles, job descriptions, remuneration, place of work, contract commencement, duration, and different forms of leave.

A bonus Q&A session will cover legal requirements for non-citizen returns, company policy registration, essential employment policies, and wage determination.
