Amalia worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP, London on secondment and was involved in various international transactions relating to capital markets and securities, alternative dispute resolution as well as project finance. She has represented clients and been involved in negotiations with Government authorities particularly on matters relating to drafting, amendments and interpretation of various laws in the corporate, energy, extractive sector and ports.
