Event Report | HR Training by KKB Attorneys at Law
Reserved for members. On June 7th, the FTCC in partnerships with KKB Attorneys at Law, organized an HR training on employment and residency.
This recent event was a great success, providing participants with essential knowledge on residency permit procedures and visas. The session was insightful and very interactive.
The session began with a thorough overview of work and residence permits: covering types, eligibility, application processes, required documents, renewal procedures, compliance requirements, fees and recent legal updates.
The session then focused on the different visa categories: ordinary, business and special pass among others, as well as on the visa needed according to your situation.
A striking news of this event was also the opportunity to announce the decision into more flexibility in the permits: the Immigration Office has introduced a new short-term residence permit. The permit has a validity of 6 months and costs $500. This will provide more flexibility to our companies looking for hiring expatriates.
