Enhance Your HR Expertise: Master Employment Terms and Legal Compliance

This event will focus on training in employment terms.

The first part of the session will focus on the essential aspects of employment contracts, including working hours, job titles, and job descriptions. We'll cover key elements like remuneration, place of work, and the commencement and duration of contracts.

Then we’ll dive into the probation period and explore various forms of leave—annual, sick, maternity, paternity, compassionate, and unpaid leave.

Following this, our session will cover key legal requirements, including filing non-citizen returns, registering company policies like the HR Manual and HIV policy, and essential employment policies. We'll also discuss how to determine wages, remuneration, and salaries for employees.
