The Startup za Viwango cohort convened at YAS Tanzania's headquarters for the first masterclass of the programme.
The session, held at the PSSSF Commercial Complex, brought together founders for a half-day training focused on Entrepreneurial Mindset & Business Foundation.
Over the course of the morning, participants worked through the core principles underpinning successful venture-building: developing an entrepreneurial mindset, structuring a business idea, and establishing solid operational and strategic foundations ahead of the programme's next phases. The session was delivered by YAS Tanzania and reflected the practical, rigorous approach that defines the Startup za Viwango curriculum.
