Event Report | Communication Workshop
The FTCC recently hosted an exclusive, interactive communication workshop designed to explore the dynamics behind everyday professional interactions.
Held in an intimate committee setting, the three-hour session was conducted in partnership with Watchout Creative Business Consultancy and led by Simone.
Most challenges in leadership, teamwork, and client relationships stem not from a lack of communication, but from a lack of understanding. The workshop offered participants a valuable opportunity to step back from their daily routines and examine how self-awareness shapes communication styles, how perception influences professional conversations, and why misunderstandings frequently occur in the workplace.
Through practical exercises, guided reflections, and engaging group discussions, participants gained a deeper understanding of their own communication patterns. They left equipped with concrete tools to foster greater awareness, clarity, and effectiveness in both workplace environments and broader professional engagements.
