Event Report | A Wine Masterclass in Collaboration with Red 'n White
On Tuesday 1 September, Red 'n White, in collaboration with the FTCC, organised A Wine Masterclass at Noble House, Johari Rotana Hotel.
The event was led by Carla Malherbe, Global Sales & Marketing at Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons. Members and non-members in attendance discovered the estate's three signature wines: the Classique and the flagship Baron Edmond, both Bordeaux-style reds, and the Baroness Nadine Chardonnay, a Burgundy-inspired white. Each wine was paired with a Chef's Selection prepared by the French Chef at Noble House, bringing together French culinary expertise with the elegance of Rupert & Rothschild wines.
Throughout the evening, Carla Malherbe guided guests through each pairing, offering detailed insights into the aroma, texture, and character of the wines presented. The evening concluded at the Cigar Lounge, Johari Rotana Hotel.
